Felicia Greekas is a Kwakwa̱ka̱ʼwakw woman, knowledge keeper, mother, and professional creative, specializing in communications, design, and photography. Felicia has extensive experience in brand development, web and social media management, and content creation with the capacity to translate complex ideas into messages that reach diverse audiences. She has worked with a range of small businesses and large Indigenous organizations to co-develop a distinct brand, digital media, and communications approach.
Felicia leads with integrity and awareness of her inherent responsibility to the land, bringing a lifetime of experience with Kwakwa̱ka̱ʼwakw laws and ceremonies that have formed her unique world view. Grounded in an Indigenous lens, she can translate her lived experience into activating those around her to believe in and think about land and sea advocacy and social justice in a new way. Felicia uses an inspired approach woven with creativity and innovative tools to support and develop meaningful communications.
Felicia has a passion for photography and believes in the power of visual storytelling that engages multi-generational audiences and collectively ignites the action required to create the transformative change our planet so desperately requires. She is passionate about language and culture and holds a strong vision of what can be created when our people work together to make the world a better place for our children and generations to come. She resides in Cowichan territory with her partner George, and three children Ellashani, Lucas, and Willow.
